场地租赁服务
1. Bookable Time & Rental Rates
Bookable Time (2 weeks in advance):
- Monday to Saturday: 14:00–21:00
- Sunday: 12:00–19:00
Rental Fees (excl. catering/staff):
- 2 hours: £350
- Half day (4h): £590
- Full day (7h): £720
- Overtime: £50 / 30 minutes
2. Optional Services
Catering
- Coffee break: from £7/person (min. from 10 people)
- Meal set: from £28/person (min. from 10 people)
- Custom menu: from 15 people, price negotiable
Maid Service
- Basic: £13/hour/person
- Event Hosting: £60/hour/person (script required)
3. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.
Maid service or custom menus require 14 days' notice.
Payment
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance due 3 days before the event.
- Payment accepted via bank transfer or card.
Cancellation:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 10 days in advance.
- 50% refund if cancelled 5–9 days before the event.
- No refund if cancelled less than 5 days in advance.
