Our café provides themed dining experiences, entertainment, and merchandise in a safe and respectful environment.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or in-store.

Reservations are recommended, especially during weekends and events.

We may require a deposit for large groups or special events.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in cancellation of your table without refund.

We are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates our rules or causes disruption.

All sales of merchandise, souvenirs, or special menu items are final unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges or refunds must be requested within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Venue rental bookings are subject to availability and require a signed agreement.

A deposit (non-refundable) may be required to secure the date.

Damages to the venue, furniture, or decorations will be billed to the client.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

No inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other customers will be tolerated.

Photography is allowed only in designated areas. Please ask permission before taking photos of maids or other guests.

Touching staff is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol consumption may be limited or monitored based on age and local laws.

Costumes or cosplay are welcome, but must remain respectful and family-friendly.
